If you work close by or go to Mississippi State University and live in an RV, we accommodate long term reservations. Come enjoy one of our sites. A great home away from home.

About Us

Our park is approximately 10 minutes from the MSU campus. We are in a country setting with a beautiful lake behind the RV Park. We allow catch and release fishing on the upper bank. We are pet friendly. but please no aggressive dogs. Our location is out of the hustle and bustle however, close enough for outings to restaurants, retail shops, campus, and many more places that you may want to visit. Our sites have 42′ nice concrete pads and can accommodate up to 45′ long. The park is gated. We have 26 sites (22 back in and 4 pull through. Uber and Door Dash service our area. We have a laundry house being completed. Management is always close if you have any needs.

Amenities

We have full hook ups including Wi-Fi, electricity, sewer, and water. We have a laundry house currently being completed. A shower room with bathroom is in progress. There is a lake behind the RV park for catch and release fishing. We also have a fenced in dog park nearby.
